Iverson & Company was founded in 1931 by Edward A. Iverson. Edward started working for Hardinge in 1925, (based in Chicago) and became the local representative when Hardinge moved to New York. Iverson & Company had a productive and successful relationship with Hardinge for the next 78 years. Since the beginning, our philosophies have included quality, honesty, integrity and full customer service. We are a sales and service organization that offers engineered manufacturing process solutions to the customers we serve. These engineered solutions include new turning, grinding, & milling machines, as well as training after the sale service & support.
In 2010 Iverson & Company began to leverage our Hardinge expertise to expand our used machine tool offerings, specializing in primarily Hardinge CNC & manual lathes. Additionally, our Ternstrom & Company division has remanufactured Hardinge toolroom lathes to original factory specifications, for over 8 decades.
Iverson has also carved a niche in the educational sector, representing Clausing, Supertec and Fryer machine tools, while Terry has become an advocate for careers in manufacturing for the future generations.
