This course will be taught by Rich Schur, an AQB Certified USPAP instructor with a background in machinery and equipment appraising. Space is limited, so please register now if you plan on attending this course.

This course is intended for those that have already taken the 15-Hour USPAP course and only require the update course. AMEA Certified Equipment Appraisers (CEA) are required to complete this class every two years to remain current with this requirement.

Note: This course does not meet the Appraisal Foundation's USPAP continuing education requirements for Real Property appraisers and state licensing or certification. Credit will not be given for either of these courses.

Registration Refund Policy 
Registration refunds are available until 7 days of the start of the event minus the cost of the student and reference manual if already provided. Advance notice in writing is required to receive a full refund; please email your request to amea@amea.org with your request for a refund at least 7 days in advance. There are no refunds within 7-days of the start of the event, however, if you contact us in advance, every effort will be made to allow you a credit to attend the course at a later date.
